We are happy to care for patients with Medicare.
For these visits, we bill Medicare directly — no membership is required.

You’ll receive the same longer, more personalized visits and easy access to care that we offer all patients.

About Your Insurance

If you have traditional Medicare along with a supplemental insurance plan, we should be able to bill your insurance without any issues. Medicare Advantage plans can be a little more complicated, as they have their own provider enrollment and reimbursement requirements. Because of this, there is a possibility that Dana may not be approved to receive reimbursement for services provided to patients with certain Medicare Advantage plans.

If you have a Medicare Advantage plan that has not approved Dana for reimbursement, you may still receive care at Focus DPC by choosing a self-pay option. You would sign a cash-pay agreement acknowledging that your insurance will not be billed for these services.

You can choose between:

• $30 per month
or
• $60 per office visit

This allows you to continue receiving care with Dana even if your Medicare Advantage plan does not reimburse her for the services provided.
